Week 4 Results

So after 4 weeks of this challenge, I'm feeling great! It really is getting easier and I want to continue doing all these things even after the 8 weeks are over. Other than just feeling better each day, cause let me tell you I feel pretty yucky after my free days, I've NOT been getting the usual headaches everyday I've been having for years. I'm pretty sure its because of the change in my diet, that's the biggest change from this challenge. I'm also really happy because my pregnancy weight gain is lower than it was with my last pregnancy (which was too much), so thats been a great bonus. Plus, I know that by eating healthier, my little one is getting all the nutrients she needs to grow and develop. Its just the motivation and boost I needed to clean up my diet, something I've wanted to do for a long time.
